Margaret’s Perspective

Jeffrey and I met at our Bible study, and it didn't take long for him to catch my eye. I always heard people talking about how kind and funny Jeffrey is and how he is an awesome golfer, and although I hardly knew him, his character really stood out to me. I remember one of our first conversations we had, Jeffrey looked me in the eye, flashed his handsome smile, and used my name to address me. Woah!

Fast forward a couple of months, my interest had been piqued, but I still hadn't really gotten to know Jeffrey that well. Not until we both happened to be on a trip with some friends to go to Knoxville, Tennessee. On that trip, I got to learn so much more about Jeffrey and his interests and his character, and boy was I crushing hard after that. Lucky me, a week after we got home from Knoxville, Jeffrey asked me on a date!!

Nearly two years, plenty of laughs, and countless rolls of sushi later, Jeffrey made me the luckiest woman in the world by asking me to marry him. To Christ be all the glory!
